Mid-Atlantic
Ballet was founded in 1997 by Artistic Director Sara Taylor
as a nonprofit, cultural organization dedicated to providing
quality ballet training, dance education and performances
to Delaware and neighboring communities.
Conveniently
located in downtown Newark at 108-A East Main St., MAB's
superb training program attracts students, age four through
adult, from throughout the Delaware Valley. Advanced students
are offered the opportunity to audition for the MAB Company
and Apprentice Company through open auditions.
MAB's
Company members, students and guest artists present three
productions each season and also present free performances
during community events.
